Everything you need to know about getting your order and our hassle-free return process.

Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping speeds to fit your schedule. All domestic orders over $40 ship free.

Standard 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $40
Priority 2–3 business days — $7.99
Express 1–2 business days — $14.99

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@raveandrecover.com.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. We’re working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and the EU. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

🚨 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@raveandrecover.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a free replacement — no questions asked.


Return Policy

✅ 30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible. Contact us to start the process.

📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@raveandrecover.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. You won’t pay a cent for return shipping.

💳 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different bundle size, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new one.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something broken or wrong? Email support@raveandrecover.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll ship a free replacement immediately — no return required for damaged goods.
